📦 1. Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ Return conditions:

  • 🧼 Item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • 📦 Must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • 🧾 Proof of purchase is required.

❌ Returns NOT accepted if:

  • 🔧 Worn, washed, stained, or damaged items.
  • 🧴 Items with strong odors (perfume, smoke, pets, etc.).
  • 🏷️ Missing tags or original packaging.
  • ⏳ Request made after 14 days.
  • 📪 Item returned without authorization.

🚫 Non-returnable items: Final Sale items, Gift cards, Jewelry, Hats, Socks.

💳 2. Refunds

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only for items that fully meet our return conditions.

💰 What to know:

  • 🕐 Processing time: 5 to 10 business days
  • 🚚 Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • ⚠️ Refunds are not issued for:
    • Late returns
    • Items not in original condition
    • Unauthorized returns
    • Non-returnable product categories

Each return is inspected carefully before any refund decision is made.

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • 📦 Incorrect items received

🚚 4. Return Shipping

🚙 Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Please use a tracked service — Flexora is not liable for lost parcels.

🕐 Cancellations accepted within 1 hour after placing an order.

📍 6. Incorrect Shipping Information

📦 Orders with incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility. Reshipping fees will apply if the item is returned to us.

🌐 7. Customs & Duties

🌍 International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Flexora is not responsible for customs delays.
