🕒 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way. 🌱

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

📦 5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact the carrier or our team to initiate a claim. 📷

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Returned packages may incur reshipment fees.

We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. Returns are eligible for store credit only.

✅ Return Conditions

• The return must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Fees:

• A €15 return shipping fee and a €25 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Out of respect and fairness to all customers:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns requested more than 14 days after delivery or if the item shows signs of use or wear.
• We believe 14 days is a fair period to check your order and report any issues.
• Returns without a valid reason or not meeting the above conditions may be deemed invalid.
